Mr. D’Alessandro is President and Chief Executive Officer of Windmill International Inc. He is involved in all aspects of managing Windmill’s operations and workforce, leading efforts to set the firm’s business goals and growth strategy, build value for employee owners, and provide superior, cost-effective solutions to clients.

Donald A. Nadreau

Mr. Nadreau is Windmill International’s Vice President of Finance and Administration. In this role, he supports Windmill’s business units by managing all headquarters support functions, including finance and accounting, human resources, legal and contracts, security, information technology and facilities.



Michael G. Lademan

Mr. Lademan is the Vice President and General Manager of Windmill International’s Professional and Engineering Services (P&ES) business unit. In this role, he is responsible for managing key customer partnerships, business operations, staffing and for driving growth in the professional services market.
