Windmill International, Inc. is the preeminent small business providing a full range of acquisition management services to ESC, a customer for more than 17 years.  Effective 30 June 2007, ESC's ITSP II contract for support services expired.  Follow-on advisory and assistance support (A&AS) at ESC has continued under the Professional Acquisition Support Services (PASS) contract. PASS provides A&AS support in the following areas: program management, human resources management, and acquisition, financial, contracts, and administrative support services.

Windmill is a primary team member to Quantech Services, Inc. for the PASS effort.  As a small veteran owned business Windmill continues to provide superior program management and acquisition support services to ESC under our small business prime.  Current areas supported by PASS at ESC include:

• 554 ELSG
