Windmill is one of the premier experts in System Test and Evaluation support. As the key USAF Electronic Systems Center’s provider of contracted Test and Evaluation expertise to its AWACS Joint Test Force in Seattle, Washington, we have provided test expertise for over 15 years to the United States Air Force, NATO, and our International Allies.

Our experience includes providing Test Directors on the Japanese Air Self-Defense Force’s 767 AWACS test program, and an in-kingdom flight test director for the Royal Saudi Air Force AWACS Improvement program. Additional Windmill test expertise was also utilized on the NATO AWACS Near-Term, and Mid-Term Modernization programs for ESC.

Our services include the development of test plans and procedures for both DT&E and OT&E and the review of vendor developed test documentation on E-3 AWACS, 767 AWACS and the new 737 AEWC aircraft systems. Windmill has also provided validation and verification services for major ESC and NATO programs.

Windmill is the one-stop location for test and evaluation support to both US and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) DoD programs.
