Acquisition & Program Management

Windmill provides a variety of program management functions and support services to a wide variety of Government customers. Windmill has held leading positions not only with operational management but also with defining and developing future system and program enhancements. Windmill’s people bring a wealth of government program acquisition and management experience to efforts in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and North America.

Our experienced personnel hold positions of senior management responsibility within the NATO AWACS program (Deputy PM), Taiwan Desk Officer (SAF/IARS)/Saudi Arabian Desk Officer (SAF/IARG) Support. 

Additional senior level support positions are maintained by Windmill personnel within all of our technical and professional services clients. Although Windmill does not provide inherently government functions, we do provide senior level professionals, and a vast corporate knowledge of acquisition, program management and financial/budgetary expertise to our customers. 

Windmill personnel become the go-to resource for getting things done and for expert decision level support. 

A vast majority of our members have prior military  program management expertise, training and certifications. Because of our unique program management role with our customers  Windmill works very hard to remain contractually neutral.  We have established appropriate firewalls when necessary and even turned down new work if a Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) issue may  be present.
