COMSEC Management
KEYMAN!® is Windmill's complete Modern Key accounting / management system software. It adopts the NSA rule set, compelling compliance in return for a feature-rich environment to support the management of COMSEC keys and equipment. KEYMAN!® provides for key order, receipt, storage and inventory, issue, conversion, destruction and transfer.

It easily tracks all keys, CIKs, equipment, locations, and personnel and their links. KEYMAN!® also provides all appropriate NSA forms, and can easily generate reports, network directories and phone books.

It provides secure telecommunications through the modem available in the STU-III telephone, via secure e-mail attachment or via fax. It can be used for requesting registration and privileges from a Command Authority, or ordering keys directly from the NSA’s Central Facility using e-mail attachments.

The CPSG Program Office made the decision to discontinue the use of KEYMAN!®, Command Authority Module (CAM) and the Central Facility Module (CFM), software and support services effective 1 January 2007.

Software and support services will be provided for those accounts that have purchased a support contract for one of the Windmill International, Inc owned pieces of software to include CM²®, UserCM²®, Evaluator and WILMA®. Please contact the Windmill Help Desk for more information.

All copies of Windmill software covered only by the Air Force contract are to be removed from all machines per the licensing agreements.  Failure to do so is a copyright infringement and may result in litigation.
