
General Services Administration (GSA) - Schedule 70 (IT) -
provides government agencies with information technology (IT) and
telecommunications hardware, software, and professional services. The
Schedule is currently open for use by federal, state, and local
government agencies.
General Services Administration (GSA)
Professional Engineering Services (PES) - Established by the
General Services Administration (GSA) to provide federal agencies with
solutions for their various engineering requirements and allow those
agencies to procure the services they need. Windmill’s Schedule
allows agencies direct access to the commercial experts who can
thoroughly address the needs of the federal engineering community
through six Special Item Numbers (SINs) that comprise the distinct
phases of an engineering project.
NATO C3 Agency Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA)
- The Windmill NATO BOA provides eligible purchasers with a fast, easy
way to buy world-class professional services and products from Windmill.
NATO AEW&C Programme Management Agency (NAPMA)
- Windmill provides direct support to NAPMA, the executive program
management staff at NAPMO, a NATO subsidiary organization established
under the provisions of the 1951 Ottawa Agreement on the Status of NATO,
located at Brunssum, in the Netherlands.
CECOM Rapid Response - The US Army
Communications and Electronics Command (CECOM) has created a Task Order
contract that supports all Federal agencies worldwide. CECOM has
designed CECOM Rapid Response (CR2) to reduce the difficulty, time and
cost of satisfying the operational needs of Federal Government
customers. CR2 delivers industry proposals in 7 days, and awards task
orders within 19 days of solicitation release.
SeaPort-e
- NAVSEA has awarded multiple Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ)
contracts for a wide range of engineering, technical, and programmatic
services and solutions for the Virtual SYSCOM (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, NAVSUP,
SPAWAR, Strategic Systems Program (SSP), NAVFAC) as well as Commander,
Naval Installations (CNI), DTRA and the US Marine Corps.
CNS OMNI IV Volpe - Provides
technological capabilities and skills to support programmatic activities
in the area of Communications, Navigation and Surveillance to the Volpe
Center, a federal fee for service organization, primarily supporting the
U.S. Department of Transportation. Windmill is involved with two
teams in this effort, one of them being a 100% Small Business Set Aside
for CNS
Volpe Transportation Security Solutions (TSS)
- Provides protection to the physical assets, operations and people
involved in the work of this federal fee for service organization,
primarily supporting the U.S. Department of Transportation. This
includes the protection of several modes of transportation, logistics
processes and governmental functions, facilities, and operations from
sabotage and terrorist attacks.
