 Windmill has a mature procurement/purchasing policy that enforces the standards of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and other regulatory documents. We have established relationships with qualified, top-notch vendors capable of satisfying a broad range of personal property items necessary to support customer requirements.
Windmill also currently employs a mature purchase order system that ensures accurate and timely documentation of costs associated with individual projects.
