Windmill International, Inc. is the preeminent small business providing a full range of acquisition management services to ESC. We have supported ESC for over ten years.

Windmill's BPA Team, including our Team Partners and Subcontractors, meets all of ESC's ITSP BPA requirements. Our team is postured to provide timely comprehensive responses to any ESC delivery order requirements, and to flexibly deliver the resulting services in the manner needed by the ordering office.

Reaching Windmill BPA Team Members - Our Team Partners each have their own Federal Supply Schedules and are available to ESC organizations either thru direct delivery order awards or as Windmill subcontractors according to the needs of each ordering agency. Although Subcontractors do not have their own Schedules they can provide their excellent capabilities to ordering agencies through Windmill.
